Alex Dichner, Managing Partner

With over 40 years of experience in the staffing industry, Alex has mentored many professionals who have gone on to become leaders in their respective industries.

He is an expert in the screening process, optimizing his introductions to only those candidates who are the most qualified for that specific search and client.  His clients and candidates consider him a trusted advisor. 

Alex began his staffing career in 1979 with R&L Personnel. At that time, R&L’s only income came from the permanent placement of administrative accounting and sales professionals.  Alex believed that there was potential for the company to use the relationships from the existing client base to build a temporary placement division and bring a recurring revenue stream to the company. Through his leadership, R&L Temps was formed, and grew into a million-dollar business over the next decade. 

In 1991, Alex and his wife, Fran bought the company and continued to grow the business.  In 2000, they added a contract engineering and IT division, the Aries Group, and rebranded the parent company as R&L Associates to reflect the diverse suite of services that they were offering to clients.  Fran moved into the CEO role in 2003 and Alex became the COO.  His responsibilities were the training and leadership of the sales and recruiting teams, finance, operations, and administration.  Working together, they grew the business into a national award-winning company that had 28 internal employees, over 150 contractors working weekly, and revenue grew to over eight figures.  In 2018, they sold the company.

Alex was active in the business community and served as the President of the Beverly Chamber of Commerce as well as being a Board member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, the Red Cross of the North Shore and the United Way Allocation Committee.  He was recognized for his community involvement and philanthropic efforts by receiving the prestigious Leslie S. Ray Award by the Beverly Chamber of Commerce and the Enduring Hero Award from the American Red Cross.

Alex now resides in Palm Beach County, FL where he is able to enjoy his passion for golf on a year round basis.

Christine Imbrogno, Managing Partner

Christine began her career in hospitality in 1996 as a Group Sales Manager and quickly achieved  Regional, Global and Director status titles within Dolce Hotels and Resorts and Benchmark Hotels and Resorts.  

Always a natural recruiter, Christine is a proven professional having placed a significant number of colleagues at a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Her client-based relationships include GE, Columbia Business School, McKinsey, UBS, Citi, PepsiCo, WPP and others.  

When the pandemic bulldozed the hospitality industry in 2020, Christine was offered a contractor job with HireResources, LLC and quickly became Managing Director of Business Development.  In less than two-year’s time, she landed 17 new clients with over 50 roles to fill.  Finding her new career passion in Executive Search, Christine formed TreeTopsTalent, with her business partner, Alex Dichner.

On a personal note, Christine leads an active lifestyle, raising two teen boys with her husband, Michael.  Together they enjoy skiing, golf, tennis and family travels.
